I believe the mark of the beast is already implemented by God. Humans need not assign the mark as it is foolishness. Also, God advises not to yearn for the end of days because that day will be dark. The entire concept of pitching the end of days is evil in itself. And I believe the forehead to be the mind since itself is physical aspect as well as the right hand. Read Ezekiel chapter one, as he received a vision of the future from God. He explains how the lie is shilled from the devil describes God's wheels of iniquity.
